Job summary

Fiducient Advisors is seeking a Performance Analyst to calculate and analyze performance data, reconcile returns, and support client reporting. The role collaborates with money managers, custodians, and Investment Operations to ensure data accuracy and timely responses to client requests.

Ideal candidates hold a Finance/Economics degree, with CIPM/CFA prospects encouraged. A hybrid work model, market-competitive pay, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with a preferred Finance/Economics focus.
• CIPM or CFA candidates are a plus.
• Internship or up to three years in Investment Consulting/Financial Industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and intermediate Excel required.
• Experience with CRM, Advent Black Diamond, Adobe, PARis, Canoe, custodial portals is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of capital markets including equities, fixed income, alternatives.

Responsibilities

• Calculate, verify, and reconcile performance returns from custodial data feeds.
• Troubleshoot and provide solutions with money managers and custodians.
• Create and execute client reporting structures proactively.
• Collect portfolio characteristics from external sources.
• Partner with Investment Operations to provide accurate data for client tasks.
• Respond to client requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Support Investment Consultants in daily activities.
