Rubio Monocoat USA, LLC is seeking a production-focused designer to create static and video ads for Meta, YouTube, and Google across the US and Canada. You will own the creative process from concept through delivery in a data-driven, AI-forward environment.

The role is full-time with a hybrid setup; you will collaborate closely with the media buyer and marketing team while upholding Rubio Monocoat's premium brand standards.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years designing performance ad creative for a DTC or ecommerce brand, with a portfolio of ads and results.
• Strong proficiency in Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud, with motion in After Effects, Premiere or equivalent.
• Hands-on with generative AI image and video tools, and clear about where they break.
• Daily use of AI tools in work, and the ability to show how.

Aufgaben

• Concept, design, edit and deliver static and video ads across placements from awareness to conversion.
• Write ad briefs with the media buyer, agree the test plan, and deliver on the calendar.
• Adapt ideas across trades and regions, and varying audience segments.
• Read performance with the media buyer and iterate to the next round with variants.
• Build and maintain asset library: templates, motion toolkits, brand elements.
• Use AI for drafts and variants while preserving brand quality.
• Pull from shoots and briefs for new content when needed.
