Qualifications

• Formal training in percussion techniques and pedagogy is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience providing music assistance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Band Director to develop lesson plans and instructional strategies.
• Conduct individual coaching sessions with students to reinforce techniques.
• Maintain records of student progress and participation.
