The role requires a Master’s in engineering and 5+ years in perception and software development with C++ and Python.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering with 5+ years in perception systems.
• 5+ years of software development experience in C++ and Python.
• Previous leadership experience with perception technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Architect perception systems for real-time camera/LiDAR/radar data.
• Develop computer vision, sensor fusion, and ML algorithms.
• Support hardware deployment onto agricultural platforms.
• Lead code reviews, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Set OKRs and drive team growth through mentoring and reviews.
• Coordinate with product and hardware teams on specs.
