Lucid Motors is seeking a Perception Software Engineer to design, integrate, and deploy ML-based perception software within our ADAS stack for production vehicles. Qualifications

• Strong foundation in software integration, embedded OSs (QNX, Ubuntu) and embedded development.
• Strong theory and practical expertise in deep-learning for perception (detection, tracking, segmentation).
• Experience contributing to large, complex production codebases in a collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer/ Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
• Senior level: additional experience or a Ph.D. in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and integrate BEV transformer models for perception tasks.
• Research and develop ML-based prediction solutions for production perception systems.
• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests.
• Deploy and optimize ML models on embedded platforms.
• Write production-grade C++ code aligned with MISRA/AUTOSAR standards.
• Develop and maintain diagnostic pipelines for perception modules.
• Debug and resolve static analysis violations and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with ML, perception, systems, and safety teams.
