Position: Per Diem/Weekends Hospice LVN/LPN

Must be able to cover the Greater Los Angeles areas.

Hourly Rate: $35.00 - $38.00, plus mileage reimbursement

Position Summary:

The Per Diem/Weekend LVN position involves working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing and palliative care in patients' homes. Responsibilities include pain management, symptom control, nursing observations, and educating patients and caregivers about illness progression and care techniques. The LVN collaborates in developing and implementing care plans and must be comfortable using computers and electronic medical records.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program.
• Current LVN license in California.
• At least one year of LVN experience.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Spanish speaking skills are a plus but not required.
