Job summary

VTP Holdings is seeking a Vascular Access Nurse Consultant for Per Diem work, collaborating with client clinical teams to resolve venous access issues and support treatment objectives. Typical shifts are ~8 hours, with travel to patient sites in various facilities.

Minimum 4 shifts per month, including some evenings and holiday rotation. Requirements include RN license, BLS, and 3+ years in acute care with ultrasound-guided IV experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current license and BLS certification required.
• Experience in vascular access device management and troubleshooting.
• Ultrasound-guided IV placement experience required.
• Must be able to travel to patient sites and meet scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Place PICCs, midlines, and peripheral IVs with ultrasound guidance.
• Assist with management of PICCs and vascular access devices.
• Provide vascular access support including port access and line removal.
• Educate facility staff on PICCs and CVAD care.
