Job summary

Millennium Physician Group is seeking a Per Diem Ultrasound Imaging Technologist for our Charlotte county and southern Sarasota county offices in Florida. The role offers flexible hours, no weekends or major holidays, and competitive base pay with a wide compensation range.

The person must hold all certifications and licenses, be proficient with PACS/eRad/Athena/Communicator, and maintain QA logs. This position supports a high-volume, fast-paced environment with patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• This role requires all certifications and licenses relevant to ultrasound practice.
• Proficiency with PACS, eRad, Athena Clinicals and Communicator.
• Ability to maintain QA records and daily logs for modality areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality control records and accreditation forms.
• Read and present patient history to Radiologist for each exam.
• Operate imaging equipment and process images accurately and timely.
• Communicate effectively with radiologists and staff.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure patient and equipment safety.
