Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is seeking a Per Diem Residential Re-Entry Specialist in Wilmington, Delaware. The role involves providing supervision to clients and ensuring their safety under agency policies. You'll also facilitate counseling and deliver evidence-based support to assist clients' community re-entry.

As a vital part of our team, you’ll work collaboratively in a trauma-informed environment to make a meaningful impact on individuals transitioning from the criminal justice system. Your training will include addressing trauma and promoting effective interaction within the community.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in social service or criminal justice field.
• Must pass a Federal Bureau of Prisons background check.
• Must attend 40 hrs of training before working with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide client supervision and ensure safety of clients.
• Conduct patient orientation and monitor self-administration of medication.
• Complete house counts and document results.
