Community Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Relief Residential Re-Entry Specialist for our Wilmington, Delaware location on an as-needed basis.

The role includes supervising clients, enforcing safety policies, and facilitating counseling and support services within the facility. Essential duties encompass security, incident reporting, daily house counts, client movement, and coordination of intake and orientation for new arrivals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year experience in social service or criminal justice.
• Education may be substituted with relevant experience on a one year for one year basis.
• Valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Provide client supervision and ensure safety of clients and property.
• Verify all physical items passed between shifts and document results.
• Conduct searches (areas, rooms, pockets) and document results.
• Transport clients in a company vehicle as needed.
• Monitor self-administration of medication and maintain records.
• Complete intake on new arrivals and facilitate client orientation.

Kenntnisse
