Job summary

Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is seeking a dedicated Per-Diem Residential Re-Entry Specialist to join our team. The role involves client supervision, counseling, advocacy, and support within a secure facility, with shifting as needed and adherence to agency policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree plus one year experience in the social service or criminal justice field preferred.
• High School Diploma plus 4 years experience in the social service or criminal justice field.
• Education may be substituted with relevant experience on a one year for one year basis.

Responsibilities

• Report to work 15 minutes before shift; e.g., 4pm-12am shift by 3:45pm.
• Provide updates on client issues and incidents.
• Verify all physical items passed between shifts.
• Ensure security of facility keys.
• Conduct employment, job search and home confinement spot checks on each shift.
• Document results of searches and counts.
