Our center performs nearly 500,000 inpatient and outpatient exams annually. Our team includes board-certified radiologists, subspecialized imaging physicians, American College of Radiology-certified technologists, and dedicated staff providing innovative imaging technologies in a compassionate environment.

The role of the Imaging Technical Assistant involves:

• Safely transporting patients within the diagnostic imaging department, supporting patients with oxygen if needed.
• Providing direct patient care as directed by technologists or radiologists during imaging procedures.
• Acting as a liaison between technologists and nursing staff.
• Recognizing and reporting abnormal or emergent signs and symptoms during patient handoffs.
• Checking documentation before patient transfers.
• Maintaining cleanliness and supplies in patient rooms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
• Preferred: At least 6 months of experience in a health-related field.
