Position Overview

Monterey Park Hospital, a 101-acute care facility located in the San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles County, is seeking a CT Technologist for our Radiology Department. This is a per diem, 8-hour night shift position reporting to the Director/Supervisor of Radiology. The candidate must be able to rotate on call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanner independently with knowledge of full anatomy.
• Manage working in a demanding modality and cope with late hours.
• Maintain knowledge of all supplies for performing CT procedures.

Qualifications

• Certification from CDPH as Diagnostic Radiology and Fluoroscopy Technologist required.
• Advanced certification in computed tomography by 01/01/2018 required.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience or advanced certification in ARRT Computed Tomography.
