Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and review case cart for supplies, instruments, and equipment.
• Open sterile supplies following aseptic technique.
• Scrub for cases and assist surgeons with operative clothing.
• Prepare and maintain a surgical field efficiently.
• Assemble equipment based on surgical procedure.
• Assist surgical team, anticipating and responding to needs.
• Perform accurate counting procedures for patient outcomes.
• Move and transfer patients as required.
• Follow chain of command and hospital policies.
