Children's Hospital Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Strategic Program Manager on a per diem basis to support the Pediatric Residency Program. The role focuses on managing high-impact education initiatives, resident education, recruitment, evaluation, promotion, and supervision to ensure resident success and program excellence.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in hospital program management, healthcare education, workforce development, or a related field.
• 2 years+ as core faculty member in an ACGME accredited residency program.
• Experience in managing complex programs or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading education, workforce development, or training programs.
• Experience working in a healthcare, academic medical center, hospital, or nonprofit environment.
• Experience managing grants, sponsored programs, or external partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee residency program operations, resident education, recruitment, evaluation, promotion, and supervision to support resident success and program excellence.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement complex education, workforce development, and engagement programs and engage key internal and external stakeholders, supports communications and engagement activities, and evaluates program outcomes.
