Job summary

Genacross Lutheran Services in Ohio is seeking a Per Diem/PRN STNA to join our caregiving team. A valid State of Ohio STNA certification and being at least 18 years old are required, with 1–2 years of long-term care experience preferred.

The role requires working three shifts per month. You will provide resident care, assist with daily living activities, and document care appropriately while following individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Current STNA certification from State of Ohio.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in long-term care preferred (1–2 years).
• Familiarity with basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality personal care including toileting, showers, feeding, activities of daily living, lifts and transfers.
• Complete administrative requirements and documentation related to resident care.
• Assist residents during admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Follow care plans and respect residents' individual needs and autonomy.
• Report any abuse/neglect and hazardous incidents to management.
