CPS, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Per Diem Staff Pharmacist passionate about patient care in a behavioral health setting at Sunrise Vista Behavioral Hospital in Canton, Ohio.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. You will perform medication review, dispensing, medication therapy management, and patient safety initiatives as part of an interdisciplinary team, with support from a national pharmacy leader.
