Job summary

CPS, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Per Diem Staff Pharmacist to join Sunrise Vista Behavioral Hospital in Canton, Ohio. You will apply clinical expertise to support a behavioral health patient population and work with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

The role offers per diem flexibility with weekday hours and opportunities to impact care in a collaborative environment, reporting to a national pharmacy leader with access to CPS resources.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist eligible to practice in Ohio.
• Behavioral health pharmacy experience preferred.
• Ability to work per diem schedule and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform medication reviews and dispensing.
• Lead medication therapy management and patient safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care providers to optimize treatment plans.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $44.09 to $78.70 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
