Job summary

Main Line Health in Ardmore, PA seeks a Per Diem Staff Pharmacist to interpret medication orders, counsel clinicians, and optimize therapy for patients. You will supervise technicians, ensure accurate dispensing, and support the care team with drug information and cost-effective therapy decisions.

Qualifications include a Doctor of Pharmacy or PharmD and PA licensure. Hospital pharmacy experience and strong communication skills are preferred, with per diem weekend coverage and holidays as needed.

Position

Staff Pharmacist

Shift

Per Diem; every other weekend (Sat and Sun) day or evening shift plus one holiday per year

Experience

• One year of work in hospital Pharmacy where IV admixtures, automated distribution functions, and clinical counseling were employed is preferred.
• Work history with good to excellent record in organization, accuracy, quality and quantity of work and attendance is required.

Education

• Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy required.
• Clinical clerkships, residencies and specialties in hospital-oriented environments preferred.

Licensures/Certifications

A current Pennsylvania Pharmacist license required.
