Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Preferred Master's in Theology/Divinity/Spirituality or equivalent.
• 2 units of clinical pastoral education preferred.
• 1 year of pastoral experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional spiritual care to patients, families, and staff in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
• Assess spiritual distress and offer counseling and religious support as appropriate.
• Collaborate with care teams to integrate spiritual care into treatment plans.
