Stoneybrook Health & Rehab is seeking a licensed Speech Pathologist on a per diem basis to join our interdisciplinary team. You will work with a diverse range of patients and residents, providing exceptional care to help them achieve their communication goals.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Pathologist with a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program.
• ASHA certification is required.
• Must hold a valid state license to practice as a Speech Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based speech therapy interventions to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive skills.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care and achieve desired outcomes.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in professional development and continuing education to stay current with best practices in speech pathology.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, providing exceptional care to patients and residents.
