Qualifications

• Must pass an annual competency assessment conducted by a Speech Pathologist.
• Administers standard formal evaluations based on factors such as patient age and diagnosis.
• Completes documentation in a timely manner and plans individual treatment programs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patient deficits and administers appropriate treatment procedures.
• Provides instruction to team regarding patient's functional needs.
• Trains patient and/or patient’s family/caregiver regarding patients care needs.

BLS

One year of infant, pediatric, and adolescent experience
