Alliance Health at Marie Esther in Marlborough, MA seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a per diem weekend position in the Rehabilitation Department. Responsible for evaluating and screening resident referrals, interpreting results, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to plan care under a physician's prescription.

Job description

Evaluates and screens all resident referrals for the Rehabilitation Department for Speech-Language Therapy. Interprets evaluations and may consult with other rehab team members to assess goals and plan of treatment. Works in conjunction with the Interdisciplinary Team to develop the overall Resident Care Plan.
