Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive evaluation of communication skills and swallowing function.
• Provide goal-oriented treatment to enhance communication and swallowing abilities.
• Monitor quality of services in the Rehab Therapy Department and participate in peer reviews.
• Assist in developing SLP programs, policies, and department procedures.
• Maintain supplies and collaborate with team to support patient care.
