Job summary

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist required.
• Certified BLS or completion within 90 days of employment required.
• CCC from ASHA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation of communication skills and/or swallowing function.
• Deliver goal-oriented treatment to maximize communication and swallowing potential.
• Monitor quality of services within Rehab Therapy Department.
• Participate in peer review and staff performance appraisals.
• Assist in developing SLP programs and revise policies/procedures.
• Maintain adequate stock of supplies and share professional knowledge.
