Job summary

Southern Kentucky Rehabilitation Hospital in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist on a per diem basis. Qualifications

• Current state licensure as Speech Language Pathologist required.
• Certified CLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.
• CCC certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plans per patient needs and physician direction.
• Responsible for delegation and direction of all therapy services for assigned patients.
• Ensures functional treatment programs to enable return to community activities.
• Serves as educator of patients, families, students, co-workers and self.
• Performs other duties related to care of the patient and program delivery.
• Coordinates treatment program with other clinical/therapeutic services and community resources.
