Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat residents with speech-language disorders and swallowing difficulties
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans to achieve residents' goals and improve their communication and swallowing abilities
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes for residents
• Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers to promote independence and well-being
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services provided
