Job summary

Rehab Alliance, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist - Per Diem to join our growing and passionate team. The role is based in Anaheim, CA, in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Must be a licensed SLP to apply; competitive pay and a collaborative work environment are offered. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, create personalized care plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (MA/MS) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
