Job summary
Bertramnursing is seeking a Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist to support our in-house rehab team serving residents with person-centered care. You will evaluate swallowing and cognition, develop plans, and provide AAC and education to residents and families.
Texas license and ASHA Certification are required. New grads welcome; flexible schedules and in-house rehab support are offered.
Qualifications
- Active/Valid Texas license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current ASHA Certification.
- Good standing with regulatory agencies.
- Experience in SNF/long-term care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate swallowing or cognitive deficits in residents.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide AAC systems and training to residents and families.
- Educate care staff and monitor documentation and billing.
