Qualifications

• CCC-SLP from ASHA, free of disciplinary action – OR - SLP-CFs considered on a case-by-case basis (with supervision) required.
• At least one year of experience in a hospital setting.
• Current BLS for healthcare provider’s certification upon hire and maintain current.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation, treatment planning and implementation for patients with disorders of speech, language, cognition, swallowing and other services prescribed by a physician.
• Assist in developing and implementing new and ongoing programs beneficial for the enhancement of the department.
