Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sterile processing or central service in a hospital environment.
• CRCST, CSPDT, or CBSPD certification required within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the decontamination, inspection, assembly, sterilization, storage, and distribution of surgical instruments and medical equipment.

Skills

Familiarity with surgical instrumentation

Ability to read, write, and follow detailed instructions in English

Basic computer skills for documentation and tracking systems

Manual dexterity

Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment
