Baystate Medical Center in Greenfield, MA is seeking a per diem Sonographer to operate ultrasound equipment, obtain diagnostic images per Radiologist specifications, and assist in procedures. Under supervision of the Radiologist, you will coordinate patient flow, maintain safety standards, document exam details, and support department quality assurance.

ARDMS certification and a GED/HS diploma are required; an Associate degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography is preferred.

Formación

• GED/HS Diploma required.
• Proven ability to operate imaging equipment and follow protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Operate ultrasound equipment and obtain diagnostic images per Radiologist specifications.
• Coordinate patient flow and maintain accurate exam documentation.
• Support quality assurance and adherence to safety standards.
• Assist Radiologist in procedures as required.
• Maintain equipment and exam rooms in a clean, stocked, and safe condition.
