Job summary

Atlantic Health System seeks a per diem Social Worker (MSW) for Case Management at Newton Medical Center to support discharge planning and provide counseling. Work hours are 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with weekend coverage every other weekend, and onboarding requires 2–3 days weekly for the first 4–6 weeks.

Eligible candidates must hold an MSW and an active NJ LSW license, with at least 1 year in a medical setting or a 1-year externship considered.
