Job summary

Apploi is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for per diem coverage in Florida. You will evaluate speech, language, cognitive and swallowing abilities, and develop personalized plans to meet patient goals.

Join a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based therapy and tracking progress across diverse ages and conditions. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in SLP with current licensure or eligibility; CCC-SLP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Strong clinical expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and therapy planning.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work with diverse patients across ages and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals.
• Deliver therapy for communication disorders, fluency challenges, voice issues, and swallowing difficulties.
• Use evidence-based methods and cutting-edge techniques to boost patient progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.
• Track patient progress, document sessions, and maintain detailed records.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies for everyday success.
