Regency Hospital in Portage, IN is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Per Diem role. You will perform comprehensive evaluations of communication and swallowing, provide goal-oriented therapy, and collaborate with the Rehab Therapy team to maintain high-quality patient care.

The position requires current state licensure, BLS completion within 90 days, and offers potential for advancement within a large organization.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist required.
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.
• Preferred CCC in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA).

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive evaluation of communication skills and swallowing function.
• Provide goal-oriented treatment to maximize communication and swallowing potential.
• Collaborate with Rehab Therapy staff to monitor service quality and program development.
• Contribute to department policy updates and supply management.
• Engage in peer reviews and staff performance appraisals.
