Job summary

Regency Hospital Company in Portage, IN is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a per diem role. You will provide comprehensive evaluations of communication skills and swallowing function, and deliver goal-oriented treatment.

You will collaborate with Rehab Therapy staff, monitor service quality, participate in peer reviews, support program development, and help maintain supplies. Current state licensure and BLS are required; CCC is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• BLS certification or completion in first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation of communication skills and/or swallowing function.
• Deliver goal-oriented treatment to maximize communication and/or swallowing potential.
• Participate in monitoring the quality of Rehab Therapy Department services.
