Job summary

The Springs of Magnolia in Magnolia, AR is seeking a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehab team serving residents with person-centered care. This PRN role supports swallowing and cognitive assessments, develops treatment plans, and implements evidence-based therapies to maximize independence.

Applicants must hold an Arkansas SLP license and ASHA certification, with SNF/LTC experience preferred. We offer flexible schedules and a supportive team focused on quality care.

Qualifications

SNF/LTC experience preferred.
Knowledge of current speech-language pathology treatment practices.
Ability to educate residents and caregivers.

Responsibilities

Evaluate residents for swallowing or cognitive deficits.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve independence.
Provide AAC systems for severe expressive or language disorders.
Educate residents, families, and caregivers as a subject matter expert.
Coordinate with physicians and other staff for diagnostic procedures as ordered.
Ensure accurate documentation and billing records.
