• Learn, understand, and memorize assigned patient cases, including medical history, social history, presenting symptoms, and specific emotional and psychological characteristics.
• Collaborate with simulation faculty to clarify expectations and ensure accurate portrayal of simulation scenarios.
• Present all required history according to scripting, such as past medical history, psychiatric history, current case history, family history, sexual history, social history, and other details.
• Portray diverse patient backgrounds authentically and without bias.
• Provide constructive feedback regarding learner performance, communication skills, and clinical reasoning to learners.
• Complete evaluation forms to assist faculty in assessing learner experiences and areas of improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout all interactions.
• Hours may vary; full day simulations run approximately 9-10 hours.
