Job summary

SEEM Collaborative is seeking a per diem licensed counselor (SAC, LMHC, LCSW, or LICSW) to work in both our Assessment Center and with the Bridge Program, a branch of SEEM’s Itinerant Services. This ten-month position follows the SEEM school calendar and requires a flexible schedule to meet case needs and work within a school-family framework.

The successful candidate will have prior school-based experience, familiarity with community resources, and the ability to support students with Autism

Qualifications

• Licensed counselor (SAC, LMHC, LCSW, or LICSW) with per diem availability.
• Experience working in a school environment and with families in home settings.
• Familiarity with community resources and state/local agencies; contingency planning for crisis situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic support to students through check-ins and SEL groups, in various formats (individual, dyads, small group, or whole classroom) for K–12 students.
• Conduct clinical assessments, generate reports, and present findings at team meetings, including IEPs.
• Coordinate scheduling and follow-up with service providers for families; ensure timely documentation and attend district meetings.
