• Receive and verify deliveries; manage inventory and records.
• Operate POS systems and handle payments; reconcile daily receipts.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in kitchen and storage areas.
• Train and direct work of other kitchen staff.
• Attend district meetings and required training sessions.
• Monitor equipment temperatures and compliance with safety standards.
• Report hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
