Effective Schools Solutions, LLC is seeking a Licensed School-Based Mental Health Clinician to provide per diem mental health services for students in New York. Clinicians will deliver therapy and interventions to support children and adolescents facing emotional and behavioral challenges. Candidates must hold a Master's degree and an active clinical license, along with extensive experience in school settings, and demonstrate a commitment to quality care and collaboration with educational teams.

Qualifications

• Active clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in New York.
• 4+ years of experience with children and adolescents.
• Experience providing training on mental health to educators.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans for students.
• Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention.
