Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Morgantown is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) for Per Diem/PRN Nights. You will evaluate patients and design appropriate treatment plans, providing respiratory care to critically and complexly ill patients.

The role requires active NBRC credentials, BLS, ACLS on hire, and current state licensure. Sign-on bonus of $7,500 and night/weekend shift differentials accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Active NBRC CRT or RRT credential required.
• BLS certification required by start date.
• Current state licensure required.
• ACLS required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients and recommending an appropriate treatment plan.
• Providing respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions.
• Performing insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.
• Promoting continuous quality improvement.
• Teaching and counseling patients/families.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
