Job summary

UNC Health Care invites per diem Urology physicians to join a busy, established clinic in Kinston, NC. You will work with a supportive team and take part in launching a new da Vinci 5 robotic system, with 1:5 call shared across UNC Lenoir and nearby sites.

Applicants should be Board Certified/Eligible in Urology, hold NC licensure and DEA; BLS/ACLS are preferred. Onsite work with Epic EMR and strong patient care are expected.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible urologists for per diem role.
• Active North Carolina medical license or eligibility.
• DEA license; BLS/ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full patient panel in a high-demand urology clinic.
• Lead in robotic-assisted urologic surgery as the program launches.
• Coordinate with UNC Lenoir and Wayne teams for coverage.
• Support the new robotic surgery program and Epic EMR workflows.
• Maintain high-quality patient care with weekend call coverage.
