Job summary

UNC Health Lenoir in Kinston, NC seeks a full-time Urologist (Board Certified/Eligible) to join an established practice with a new da Vinci 5 system. Enjoy a ready-made patient panel, opportunities to lead robotic surgery, and robust benefits including a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, loans repayment, CME reimbursement and comprehensive PTO.

Work 40 hours weekly with EPIC EMR support. Open to new grads and per diem options.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible urologists preferred.
• Full-time opportunity in a busy, established clinic.
• Be part of a hospital launching robotic surgery program.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urology care in a high-demand clinic.
• Lead in robotic-assisted urologic surgery as the program launches.
• Share 1:5 call coverage, including weekends, with the nearby group.
• Maintain 40-hour work week and day schedule.

UNC Health Medical Group and UNC Health Lenoir are currently seeking full-time, Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologists to join a well-established full-time practice in Kinston, North Carolina. Enjoy a busy, ready-made panel from day one and the opportunity to lead in robotic-assisted urologic surgery as the hospital prepares to launch its newest technology.

UNC Health Lenoir is proud to announce a brand new da Vinci 5 Robotic Surgical System that was installed and operational January 2026. Be part of the foundational team offering minimally invasive robotic urology procedures in a supportive, community hospital environment - with access to UNC Health's statewide resources and infrastructure.

Position Highlights:

• Full patient panel in an established, high-demand urology clinic
• New da Vinci 5 Robotic Surgical System
• Dedicated support from new Urology APP
• Shared 1:5 call coverage, including weekends, with Urology group in nearby Goldsboro, NC
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Epic - EMR
• Opportunity to help shape and grow the robotic surgery program.
