Job summary

Atlantic Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for per diem coverage in New Jersey. The RN utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, with duties across triage, patient teaching, and documentation in Epic.

You will collaborate with the care team, uphold privacy and safety, support quality improvement, and adhere to PRIDE values; requires NJ RN license, BSN, and BLS; ambulatory/emergency experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license, valid in the State of NJ.
• 2 years’ clinical practice, ambulatory practice.
• American Heart Association- Basic Life Support (BLS) credential.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Documents in Epic and communicates with the care team.
• Triages calls and patient needs with clinical judgment.
• Maintains patient privacy and safety following HIPAA guidelines.
