Qualifications

• RN with state licensure and ACLS certification required.
• 4–6 years of related nursing experience preferred in ASC/IR/ICU settings.
• Proficient in IV insertion and cardiac rhythm recognition.
• Proficient with medical database software and MS Office.
• Experience in a hospital or ambulatory surgical center environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care pre, during and post procedure under direction.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to adverse events or sedation needs.
• Administer medications and IV moderate sedation as directed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and compliance with policies.
• Assist physicians and maintain sterile technique during procedures.
