Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in a vascular access setting. You will monitor patients before, during and after procedures, administer medications and IV sedation as ordered, and maintain meticulous documentation.

You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure safety and quality outcomes, applying ACLS and IV skills in a fast-paced clinical environment within a dialysis facility.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure in the state of practice.
• ACLS certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; associate degree acceptable.
• Proficiency with computers and medical database software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care before, during, and after procedures.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to potential complications.
• Administer medications and IV moderate sedation as directed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation throughout the patient care process.
• Collaborate with physicians and facility team to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Assist with emergency procedures and patient transport as needed.
