Compensation is $50–$55 per hour, commensurate with experience. This on-site role emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, and high-quality resident care across Continuing Care neighborhoods.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse required with CPR certification.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year bedside nurse experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or hospital.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversees walking rounds to ensure high-quality resident care across neighborhoods.
• Adjusts and monitors staffing to meet resident needs and workloads.
• Reviews documentation in medical records for compliance with policies and regulations.
• Provides coaching and orientation for new nursing staff.
• Leads investigations and prepares supervisory reports as required.
