Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a registered nurse for a per diem role performing direct nursing care before, during and after procedures. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.)
• Current state licensure and ACLS certification required
• 4-6 years’ related experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care pre, during and post procedure under supervision.
• Monitors patient condition before, during and after the procedure.
• Administers medications and IV moderate sedation as directed by physician’s orders.
• Assists with patient workflow and scrub tech duties during procedures.
• Completes documentation from admission to discharge accurately.
• Maintains patient records following organization policies and procedures.
• Performs basic point‑of‑care lab testing as directed.
• Maintains a safe and sterile environment and responds to emergencies as needed.
