Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program is required.
• Current state RN license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• One year of recent acute care experience is preferred.
• ACLS certification is preferred for LTACH and Texas hospitals.

Responsibilities

• The RN provides professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit.
• Performs assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations to prevent complications and restore function.
• Collaborates with physicians and care team to support patient recovery and discharge planning.
